Zhimei's smart factory adopts a standardized and automated assembly line production model. Each production process is equipped with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and quality checkpoints to ensure product consistency and yield rates. The factory is also equipped with a comprehensive reliability testing laboratory, covering dozens of testing items including drop tests, high-low temperature cycling, waterproof and dustproof testing, button lifespan testing, screen touch durability testing, and battery charge-discharge cycle testing, ensuring that all products leaving the factory maintain stability under extreme environments or long-term use.
